On September 6, 2008, Andy was riding his motorcycle on 'The Tail of the Dragon' and enjoying life to it's fullest when he had an unfortunate accident. He passed away as a result of the accident. Andy was a valued member of the Contractors Institute staff, an accomplished instructor, an Iraq Veteran, a good friend, and family to everyone here at the Institute.
